TMP+ Terms & Conditions

Scope of TMP+

  • Free replacement parts in case of technical failure, user fault incidents, or due to parts or the entire drone reaching end of life
  • Free replacement of up to two (2) wings (or other combined replacements of equal value) in the case of user fault per year
  • The entire WingtraOne bundle with its accessories and any add-ons that were purchased together with the initial base bundle are covered under TMP+
  • Proactive replacement of flight-critical components (WIN-EMP) after four (4) years of use with the latest equivalent drone model
  • Replacements of WingtraOne parts or full bundle replacement depending on the extent of damages
  • Replacements will be sent within five (5) working days after the incident has been reported to Wingtra
  • Shipment costs of the replacement parts to distributors are covered by Wingtra.
  • Items do not need to be sent in to dealers or wingtra for warranty assessment, repair, or replacement. If technical investigation is requested, Wingtra will cover the shipment costs to get the items delivered to Zurich

Costs and renewal of TMP+ contract

When purchased with the initial drone bundle

  • TMP+ is an annual hardware subscription plan that costs for the first year of a drones lifetime USD 5,000 and for all following years USD 15,000.
  • The TMP+ plan will be activated on the warranty start date.
  • The TMP+ renewal costs are due at the annual expiration date. It can be extended continuously.

When purchased at a later point

  • TMP+ can be purchased for USD 15,000 for the following year as long as this happens within the window of active warranty coverage. In this case, it will then activate on the warranty expiration date. TMP+ can not be purchased after the warranty expiry date.
  • The default first-year warranty can be upgraded to TMP+ during the year for USD 5,000. The one year duration of TMP+ starts retroactively on the warranty start date.
  • The second-year warranty can be upgraded to TMP+ during the year for USD 15,000. The one year duration of TMP+ starts retroactively on the first day of the second-year warranty.


Transferable ownership (TMP+ follows serial number)

  • The TMP+ coverage continuous as long as it is paid yearly. There are no changes to the subscription plan when a drone is replaced under warranty or as part of the proactive replacement
  • You pay only the cost of additional desired add-ons or accessories, or of price differences with other Wingtra drones, e.g. if an additional payload is desired or if Wingtra launches a new drone at a different price point.

Not covered under TMP+

  • User-fault damage beyond the value of two wing replacements
  • New payloads or equipment before end-of-life of related parts, even if new payloads or equipment is released
  • Cosmetic damages, like scratches, small cracks or holes, which do not affect the functionality or safety of the WingtraOne system
  • Import fees or taxes
  • Loss or theft of the equipment
  • Intentional damage of the equipment
  • Damages from operating the equipment outside of normal operating conditions (temperature, rain, snow, fog, altitude, extreme winds)
  • Damages resulting from modifying the hardware outside of the instructions of Wingtra
  • Any loss of data or business interruption
  • Any third-party damages and claims
  • Damages due to acts of God
  • Damage to a non-Wingtra product (specificly products that are not purchased from Wingtra)
  • Any litigation, arbitration and/or any other legal fees relating to replacement service

Customer responsibilities

  • Required to report incidents or damages within 30 days after its occurrence, any claims submitted after such such date will be barred and of no effect.
  • Customers are required to provide the following data to claim a replacement covered under TMP+.
    • Description of incident (date, environmental conditions, sequence of events)
    • Images of damages
    • Upon demand the customers are required to additionally provide the following data:
      • Flight Logs
      • Flight Plan
      • Flight Data (IMAGES & DATA folder), in case of issues with postprocessing

Legal

Terms and conditions can be subject to change. In case of changes, Wingtra will inform customers via email address that was provided when the TMP+ license was activated.
