Lead Electronics Engineer

Predictive maintenance

WingtraOne GEN II intelligent algorithms continuously analyze all critical flight components before and during the flight.

Smart notifications

WingtraPilot can then notify you of any potential malfunction before it even occurs, so that you can always fly with the safest equipment.

One drone to map it all

The payload range now includes an oblique camera for the most detailed 3D reconstruction and a built-in PPK GNSS receiver for each camera, allowing you to take on a wider array of missions with centimeter-level accuracy.

Remote ID ready

The WingtraOne GEN II is equipped with a WiFi module that ensures full compliance with existing and upcoming Remote ID regulations.

What is remote ID ?

Enhanced landing accuracy

A new navigation and heading unit (NHU) improves GNSS accuracy and boosts the landing accuracy of the WingtraOne down to 2 m.

What is Remote ID

Remote ID will provide basic identification of drones in flight as well as the location of their ground control stations by air to public safety, law enforcement officials and the public. Hence, Remote ID is often referred to as the “digital license plate” of drones.

This critical information will reduce the risk of drone interference with other drones or aircraft, ensure public safety, and enable more complex drone operations such as BVLOS flights.

With its WiFi module, the WingtraOne Gen II is ready for future remote ID regulations. The exact regulations are still being developed, and Wingtra will provide the required software update by September 2022.

Drones produced after September 2022 are required to broadcast remote ID over WiFi.

Anyone will be allowed to fly any generation WingtraOne at least until September 2023 even if it doesn’t have remote ID

Drones produced after January 2023, are required to broadcast remote ID over WiFi.
